Members are reminded that the Council has a general duty to consider the following matters in the exercise of any of its functions: Equal Opportunities (race, gender, sexual orientation, marital status and any disability) Crime & Disorder, Health & Safety and Human Rights.

4. MINUTES: To sign the MINUTES of the Parish Council Meeting held on the 10 th June. (Copies circulated to Councillor’s).

5. MATTERS OF REPORT:

Speed Watch: A genesis speed gun has been purchased and we are now waiting for the Police to designate suitable sites for its use in Oake and Hillcommon.

Noticeboards: Costs as yet unknown, all boards booked with a waiting list.

Bus Shelter: This has now been cleared out and the timber treated with cuprinol.

7. PLANNING

Decisions taken by Taunton Deane:
Refused: Siting of one mobile home and one touring caravan at Altona Park, Hillfarrance.
Approved: Conversion of barn to form offices and store, Allerford Farm, Allerford.
