Highway Problems: Several pot holes and problems with roads have been pointed out to the Highway Authority and they have promised to investigate.

Bus Shelter: The bus shelter at Hillcommon has been repaired after vandals pushed out the back wall and then kicked out some of the boards to the front..

Notice Boards: The Clerk had obtained an estimate from the D.L.O. for the repair of the notice boards near the Post Office in Oake, these would be taken down, repaired and replaced at a cost of £221. 00 plus V.A.T. It was agreed by all that this estimate should be accepted.
